Watch_Dogs developer diary

Ubisoft, developer of the sleeper hit of E3 2012, have issued a call to arms for more staff to work with them on the project.

If you happened to miss the E3 showing of this game, Watch_Dogs is a new IP from Ubisoft Montreal.

You play as Aiden Pearce, a hacker  in a world where centralised computing runs entire cities, and a Global Network has been established. Using your skills you can access information about anyone you encounter through their digital footprint, and interact with countless devices from cellphones to traffic lights.

Little has been revealed about the plot, or the core game-play at this time, but with some describing it as “The Game of E3″ its no surprise this title is on our radar.

Watch_Dogs is scheduled for release in 2013
