Having completed Skyrims main quest line on the Xbox and reaching level 25 I sort of left the game alone and didn't really bother with all the other stuff in the game.I am now thinking about double dipping on this for the pc mainly because I've now got my new gaming rig and I'm really interested in the mods for the game.Just wondering if anyone else has any experience of modding Skyrim and is it really worth the cost of buying the game again?

I did the same then bought it for PC too(hunted round for a cheap disc copy) And wasn't disappointed some of the stuff you can get through the steam workshop is amazing.I know there are other means of getting mods but the workshop is just so easy.

Went ahead and bought Skyrim today then download Nexus mod manager.Ive already got about 20 mods installed and it looks awesome..infact it's like playing a whole new game.

It really does make the console versions look very poor.Running it on ultra settings with all the graphical enhancements on is really something to behold.

Installed some new quests and locations and I really like the weather mods aswell. So I'm well pleased with it and I'm looking forward to experimenting with more mods and heading back into the now amazing looking Skyrim.

The beauty of the steam workshop means there is endless great content and quests being added all the time. I also installed a MUST have mod which means every time a guard says 'I used to be an adventurer like you until, I took arrow in the knee' a lightning bolt blows them up. It.Never.Gets.Old laugh

I double dipped on this.. .drestruction mage the first time sneaky Kajhit the second time… about 40 hours each. Just brilliant!
