MLG Minecraft Out-takes.

January 19th, 2011 by

I have a lot of crap on my hard drives. Being brought up in the days where a 80MB hard drive was a big deal, I sweared I would be ruthless in my deleting. Skip forward to 2011, things have been changed. Much like my increasing waistline, my platter fascism has gone on the back-burner. So, whilst trawling through my raw video recordings of games, what do I come across? Yep a grand old time a few of the MLG fellows were messing around with TNT on Minecraft. I can’t clearly remember why I recorded it in the first place, I think it was to test the ability to record a Skype conversation, game video and sounds in one hit. Although my test was successful I never did do anything with the footage, until now.

This is very much not a professional piece, I just thought I’d share some good times with some good guys. Enjoy!

Apart from the nostalgia, it does remind me of how far the multiplayer has progressed. That issue with the redstone trigger would’ve worked first time now.
I have jumped on the lanops server a few times, there is no item spawning, plenty of mob spawning and you have to work for everything you can get.
As hard as it is to admit, I think the gaybar was a fun phase for Minecraft, but the added realism gives the multiplayer longevity.
